question for Le Boule - Microsoft Community


it is microsoft windows 10 home 64 bit upgraded windows 8.1 came installed on laptop 8.1 x64 bit  if helps (this asked me  windows 10 have) , still saying have av service motering laptop dont removed iobit programes , such , trying use windows defender still stays on 1 minute max turns off , keeps asking me turn on dont know whats going on , need free version of ms product prevents popups , ads such **** darwing ot websites , prevents laptop freezeing , locking forth on please me le boule

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
