Unpin an icon from Windows 10 taksbar when the OS won't display - Microsoft Community


windows 10 has dealt me yet surprise.  right click button no longer works on taskbar icons.  want remove icon taskbar, unable so, can't access pop-up menu displayed right click.  don't know how recent problem have not had access pop-up on taskbar items recently, know working few months ago.  not recent install of windows 10.  i've had several years , periodically creates new problems, of remain unresolved.

  • did notice changes on computer prior concern?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • have tried using different mouse? if so, did experience same issue?
