When I click in power button nothing happen and also the wifi icon - Microsoft Community


i'm having problem because can't connect other network because when click wifi icon nothing happens or not showing network avaible. cursor load , nothing. please , when click power button in windows 10 not showing shutdown , restart or sleep.

sounds system new computer. you needing restart pc in order apply changes made recently. system trying recognize network drives, system files , commands, , issue must have been caused changes yet applied.

if cannot see restart button/command on start menu's shutdown button, can still access shutdownwindows dialog box pressing alt + f4 key.

assuming wifi connection work after restating pc, highly recommended run windows update in order check patches can applied.

get when it's done.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
