Windows 10 - 100% Disk Usage cannot be in use. - Microsoft Community


hello everyone, 

i updated windows 10 ( 4 weeks ago aprox ) , since yesterday boot takes long , cannot use on computer, tasksbar cannot clicked or used, every folder trying open not work shows loading , refresh , nothing happens.

except "tasks manager" can open through ctrl + alt + delete nothing else seems working.

i have seen solution regarding problem suggests disable 'windows search' , 'superfetch' cannot open "run" menu or else.

is there other solution solve problem? maybe through cmd can open through shift + restart?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
