Windows 10 update June 13, 2017 - Microsoft Community


immediately after installing update on june 13, 2017, pc slowed down dramatically.

each application takes longer open , explorer/edge significantly slower well.

has else experienced this? there fix?

  • a lot of  installed applications.
  • not enough memory.
  • virus , malware.
  • missing , corrupted system files.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
