Locked out during clean boot - Microsoft Community


hello,

after recent windows update dell inspiron 3148 windows 10 became unresponsive. tried clean boot. later when got restarted realized password asked system password , not pin have been using. don't remember system password because i've never used really.

so m locked out , have no clue how access laptop again.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
