Loss of administrative privileges - Microsoft Community

i have been following thread on problem, , far, no solution has helped.                                                                                         user account control not let me enter admin password. box presented has word 'no' in it.                                i feel though microsoft has taken on computer.

please, someone, in simple terms, tell me how out of this.

we know more concern administrative privileges, please provide following information:

• did make significant changes on computer prior issue?
• provide screenshot of user account account control (uac) window shows no option enter password.
• which version & build of windows running?

to find out version of windows running:

1. press windowskey + r.
2. a box pop in bottom left side of screen. type winver and press enter.
3. another box open tell version of windows you're running , build is. please post both version number , build number.
