son plugged phone computer download music , changed password, have sign on computer using hello password how can fix this.

hi debbie,

to better assist password, need answer following questions:

  • which user profile logging into?
  • are both profiles set administrators?
  • is windows hello configured on both user profiles?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
