search and notification menus issue - Microsoft Community


when start windwos 10 after shut down search menu , notification menu keep shows , hide without reason cursor keep moving in random way. issue stops when restart computer. idea going on computer?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
