Virtual Desktop not working - Microsoft Community


have new windows 10 machine, can't create virtual desktops.  when go taskview button "+" box create new desktop doesn't appear.  know how fix this?

what happens when click [win] + [ctrl] + [d] ( windows key, control key, , d key ) altogether @ same time. new desktop created then?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
