Wallpaper Backgrounds Blurry - Microsoft Community


have 1920x1080 laptop screen yet when use pictures wallpaper same or higher resolution (like 3840x2160) come out blurry every single time. have tried higher resolution pictures, using paint make them png pictures , looked on settings make sure have normal display resolution. i'm not sure have tried many pictures, please help.

wallpaper background can blurry if picture file not match size of screen.

for example, many home computer monitors set @ size of 1280x1024 pixels (the number of dots make image).  if use picture file smaller this, blurry when stretched out fit screen.

set desktop background "center" instead of "stretch." right-click desktop, select "personalize" , click "desktop background." select "center" "picture position" drop-down. if image small fill desktop , set "fill," windows stretch image, causing blur.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
