Windows 10 Black Screen After Creators (1703) update - Microsoft Community


hi,

recently updated windows 10 1703 (creators update) once enter password , login presented blank screen , cannot anything. have rebooted , restarted in safe mode networking , safe mode mentioned previously, , brings start bar, when hover mouse on spinning circle, explorer has crashed. if try click on start menu alert "microsoft windows - application not responding ". i've tried press windows key + x bring window open device manager try driver uninstall, pressing keys doesn't bring window.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
