WINDOWS 10; Black screen of death after logging into my account. - Microsoft Community


so here's happened:

my desktop updating 3 hours. got impatient since have deadlines forced shutdown.

i turned on desktop and, lo, black screen of death there before me. 

i tried log safe mode reason can't. 
wanted clean install windows 10 didn't secure copy of upon upgrading.

during black screen, managed access task manager , able launch google chrome in why able type this.

address concern regarding black screen, follow advised steps on our support page regarding troubleshooting black screen issues.

furthermore, if upgraded windows 10 free eligible device running genuine copy of windows 7 or windows 8.1, can clean install since base activation through digital entitlement, more information, please refer link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
