Windows 10 Creators Update Messed up my PC and I have been living with - Microsoft Community

i'm dava, i'm not new computers been blogging i.t since 2009, , os's hobby of mine since 2005.

i'm bit frustrated honest.. has been months of this, let me explain..

when enter windows, desktop works fine, if try snip , save image snipping tool shuts down. use chrome browser, same thing when try save or upload image. wanted play vbox tonight, of hobby spoke of, fond memories, try adding disk image, vbox crashes. can see how wearing me down on last 2 months.. oh didn't mention, when creators update first appeared, rocked me didn't have choice, 'install now' said voice of borg queen , small drone cog wheel complied. hopeful wish of mercy stability , promise of new sparkling toys..

welp, didn't happen, , same day, 4 hours later, news flooded 'don't install win10 creators update'. y'see i'm musician, , lurvme ms garageband clone.. wasn't sure toys getting slight chance of hope might that.. had attention.

i have tried:

sfc/scannow

error checking drives

booting recovery

trying windows update hotfix/patch

windows troubleshooter

i haven't tried system restore before mess up..but since it's been months , don't know how windows react undoing major update, might left last resort. oh and.. re-installing fresh, man.. without that. *may* consider if become exhausted wearing frustration.

i suspect got messed in registry.. means prolly have re-install. share in case others having issue, happens when program tells windows explorer go explorer window, acts had hit close, when obvs hadn't.

before consider ending install of 4* years :(.. have suggestions? please kindly please help.

we working improve windows 10 creators update. may check this article: tips improve pc performance in windows 10 make windows 10 pc run better.

since issue happened after upgrading pc windows 10 creators update, might need update applications affected on manufacturer's website.

we'll keep eye out response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
