Windows 10 Explorer crashes when renaming a new folder (search - Microsoft Community

i've been struggling problem on windows 10 months...
explorer.exe crashes when try rename new folder. know problem caused (or related to) windows search service, because when disabled problem fixed , never happened again months. enabled windows search, problem started happening again.
anyone experienced similar situation before? appreciate comments.

when create new folder in 1 of libraries , choose name it, hit enter, file explorer goes "not responding" state minute, , if don't touch anything, come out of freezing state.
> symptoms:
1. happens in libraries
if open same folder in explorer (not through library), doesn't crash.
2. happens when renaming folders, or creating new folder
when renaming file, doesn't crash.
3. happens newly made folders, i.e. when rename new folder made.
after that, if rename folder again, explorer not crash.

how know? please refer temporary workaround section.

disabled windows search service, , problem stopped happening:
1. run: services.msc
2. open service: windows search
3. startup type: disabled
4. click ok
> failed attemps fix problem:
- flushing windows search index didn't help:
control panel -> indexing options -> advanced -> troubleshooting: rebuild

os: windows 10 enterprise, updated today (march 11, 2017)
pc model: laptop, dell latitude e7470
processor: inter core i7-6600u cpu @ 2.60 ghz 2.80 ghz
ram: 16 gb ddr4
storage: 500 gb ssd
disabled windows search service, , problem stopped happening:
consider possibility there program being loaded interferes incompatibly search service. so, have tried doing clean boot troubleshooting on basis? starting in safe mode first step. using autoruns (available technet) advised second.
also, if getting appcrash event explorer.exe problem there may corresponding report.wer file it. file contain list of loaded modules associated crashing thread, focus on 1 of them in analysis. otherwise may have capture dump , use windbg such clues.
