Windows 10 update broke my Photoshop CS3, Paint Shop Pro 7, Office - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 version 1703. posted office 2013 issues after may update of windows 10. after one-on-one "help" microsoft "support", issues not resolved. using free "libreoffice" programs word , excel needs, though paid office 2013. moving on!

then, discovered crashplan automatic backups failing. contacted support, , had me install latest version. seems working now.

i discovered unable use text tool in paint shop pro 7. opened my photoshop cs3 , tried use text tool there. nope. not work.

what else broken have not discovered yet? why given 10 days undo windows update? not long enough!

is microsoft going fix these problems? or out of luck , unable work?

it possible issue due corrupted install files. great if can verify information below.

  • what specific error message getting?
  • have tried reinstalling affected apps?
  • what current version , build number of windows 10 pc?

click start button, type pc, , press enter find out version , build number of windows 10 pc.

if you're unable go previous version of windows, suggest restoring pc system restore point. restoring won't affect personal files, remove apps, drivers, , updates installed. steps on how restore pc system restore point, please refer link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
