Windows 10 will not let me login as Administrator - Microsoft Community

i administrator computer. when trying "run administrator" windows not let me right click anywhere. click on start type "cmd" can run sfc/scannow if not login "administrator can't run utility scan. if issue corrupt file not sure how repair without being login administrator. please help.

hi,

losing admin privileges administrator account caused following:

• antivirus running scan on computer while logging in profile.
  
• upgrading windows old version current.

the safest way repair administrator account create new administrator account , transfer files old new account. create new account, follow these steps:

1. type settings in ask me anything search box , press enter.
   
2. click accounts, family & other people, , add else on pc.
   
3. enter desired username, password, password hint, , select next. we'd remind adding password on local account have no way recover it.

to make administrator account:

1. select change account type , under account type, select administrator , press ok.
   
2. restart computer. after that, ask choose account sign in.
