After upgrading to Windows 10, Hibernate has stopped working - Microsoft Community


i have 2 computers - notebook , desktop, absolutely different configuration, of course.

but after upgrading them both windows 10 windows 8 got hibernate mode non-functional.

it looks this: send computer hibernate , next time turn on - shuts down right after showing "resuming" signature...

the minidump file, give me details regarding reason not saved either - it's reported in event viewer (looks it's being saved, crashes or computer being shutdown automatically).

neither see errors in timeframe, give me clue.

just in case: recommendations removed alcohol 120% sptd driver startup , increased page file (now it's 12gb = 8gb ram x 1.5). did not affect issue.

hello,

windows kernel event id 41 , volmgr errors possibly occur when computer shut down, or restarts unexpectedly.

if have tried repair install , issue persists, suggest perform repair upgrade using windows 10 iso file. may refer link created andre da costa.

do let know if need further assistance.
