Can't log in to safe mode - Microsoft Community


i encountered issue gpu, , found solution involved rebooting safe mode. did so, i've done that, cannot log in. reset password, networking enabled not connected, depite cat6 cable being plugged power line converter always, , indicates strong connection. 

i have tried dozens of passwords. none working. solution, example using command prompt, useless since need password too. 

this pc (alienware) secondhand gift, , updated windows 10 7, have no disk or drive reset password or anything. i'm becoming quite frustrated.. have bricked computer? do??

if you're having issues logging safe mode, recommend trying suggestions posted vanessa sohtun in thread. quite few people found suggestions helpful.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
