desk top icons - Microsoft Community


try , understand friend......when in m turn on laptop and  then  password. when screen comes background picture there   there 20 little icons or symbols of site yahoo  or facebook  or weather   have several  small ones including recycle bin.  should understand now.  icons   on bottom of laptop front screen. on bottom 1/4 inch apart.  well  though 2 boxes unchecked  not allowed move them there. go close... go right row set for.   issue still persists , hate it. me fix put icons bottom.

right click desktop>view.are these highlighted options checked?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
