Desktop icons won't stay on the furthest left row without messing - Microsoft Community


using windows 10 , haven't made changes aside updating os to version 1703, since desktop has been rather odd, row furthest on left won't have icons without pushing aside other icons remove being in left row. not know how resolve this, have tried going 'desktop icon settings' , disabling  "allow themes change desktop icons" no avail.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
