Gets locked out before unlocking PC using fingerprint. - Microsoft Community

for security cannot, it's hard coded loginui.exe process.  but can avoid mis-detections training finger again.  it won't remove old learned data, rather continue improving recognition faster , more reliable recognition in future.

the problem have before attempt unlock.  system locks out already.  hoping increasing number of attempts, have opportunity login before locked.

• is first time encountered issue fingerprint scanner?
• were there changes or updates prior issue?
• are getting error messages?
• can please provide screenshot of locked out screen before log in?
