How to guide on configuring the desktop - Microsoft Community


i purchased new laptop windows 10 , bought , installed office 2016 home , business.  using vista @ home , @ work.  effort these products work has been terrible, spending many hours.  high point has been telephone support @ microsoft. 

presently, trying configure appearance , operation of desktop i've been accustomed to.  i've succeeded on 1 account, opened account on machine , acts/looks different , there nothing have been able make desktop on other account. 

is single source in detail describes alternatives , how implement different configurations on desktop?  things in operating system not intuitive nor there ability convenient hover mouse on link explanation link means.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
