Photos app isn't working in windows 10 - Microsoft Community


hi team,

my photo app doesn't launch if initiate app desktop menu. opens few seconds , closes itself. however, when navigate pictures , open random pic, app launches , shows picture intended. later, if click on "view photos" app hangs , closes.

to isolate issue photo application, please provide following information:

  • were there changes made on computer before issue came up?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

furthermore, suggest run troubleshooter windows apps.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
