Unexpected PC wake up - Microsoft Community


noticed after proper shut down of windows 10 desktop pc when turn  on pc don't have touch power button on cpu instead press entre once on keyboard wakes up. know happens when keep pc on sleep/hibernate why happening after proper shutdown? build 15063.413

you claimed keyboard triggers power whole computer. support claim, we'd know following:

  • changes you've made prior concern.
  • the version of windows. know version of windows using, press windows + r open run window, type winver , press enter.
  • your pc system specifications. know pc specs, follow steps below:
    • press windows + s open search box. type about click it.
    • send screenshot.
    • for more info windows 10 specs, visit link.
  • complete details of make , model of computer.
  • the screenshot of advance power options. navigate it, following steps below:
    • press windows + s open search box.
    • type power options, click it.
    • click change plan settings.
    • click change advance power settings.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
