Windows 10 Creators Update - Microsoft Community

problem:

recently updated windows creators edition version/update windows 10(i don't totally regret it, miss clock. read more understand). after updated noticed clock display @ bottom right on main monitor turned black. cannot read time on main monitor(see screenshot named "clock" below). noticed thin gray line around of windows menus. see screenshot named "example 1" , "example 2" below.

not entirely sure how fix this, have ideas? can help. if further explanation needed, let me know.

clock seems fine, large taskbar icons. when using small taskbar icons, issue occurs.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
