Windows 10 Password question - Microsoft Community


i running windows 10 ver 1607. have been running several months. has changed via update or operator error. when boot system now. message "we unable connect right now. please check network , try again later" box [  ok  ].

when click on ok screen " showing e-mail filled in, area type password, , in bottom left typical sign in logos wife, self , new gary lee new logo (a circle on top, of upside down u)  i think man/woman, head w/feet.

if wain minute disappear , normal/previous sign on appear? 

i can send screen shots if help.  i know going on , if have done wrong.  i may not have chosen right topic.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
