Windows 10 pc blue screened won't refresh from recovery menu - Microsoft Community


my computer running windows 10 blue screened tried recovery menu options , nothing worked. decided refresh pc wouldn't work how fix this? other tutorials require working computer i'm stuck in recovery menu , can acces command prompt don't have access system past or recovery disk. can please thanks.

hi,

most of time, blue screen of death caused old or corrupted drivers. gives error message. have screenshot of exact error message if there's any. also, have made modifications/configurations on computer prior issue?

in meantime, troubleshoot blue screen of death see link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
