is error because new version , build

 dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth comes component store repairable

yes, dism /restorehealth command in 1703 broken...."can't find source files".  awaiting repair of ms...they aware of it. 

may 2017 patch tuesday did not repair issue...currently @ os build 15063.296   may have wait june 2017 patch tuesday, addressed.  

but helps knowing ms aware of problem.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
