hi,

thank providing screenshot. depending on hard drive space , data available, disk defragmentation can take long time. looking @ screenshot provided, having more 3 hard disk drives, normal take hours.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
