Applications won't start when run as administrator - Microsoft Community


hi,

i facing weird problem windows 10 professional laptop.

for unknown reason, happens applications specified run in administrator mode won't start when trying to.

rebooting windows solves problem, time.

i log onto domain.

my windows user belongs domain administrators group.

any idea or suggestion ?

we isolate issue you're having right now. have check permission on domain issue? may check compatibility of application if it's available in case.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
