can me removing this bing homepages of 2013 - wallpaper & screensaver pack?
doesn't show on uninstall program list (in control panel > uninstall program).
appreciate prompt reply.

try changing desktop wallpapers/ screen saver , check if helps.

ms fixit - fix problems block programs being installed or removed

  • navigate bing wallpaper pack installation folder (usually saved in c:/program files).
  • search file named "uninstall.exe" or "unins000.exe" in folder.
  • double click run program start removal process.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
