Failed sign in for my childs windows account - Microsoft Community


my daughter has own child's microsoft account uses on phone fine , monitor on microsoft family. noticed in laptop settings can allow sign in own account on laptop. seeing email shows on sign in have tried sign in , got message -

"the user profile service failed sign-in. user profile cannot loaded"

please how fix this??

hi brian, response. doing further searches reading on error apparently suggests if windows 10 upgrade in migrated default user file isn't compatible new version. 

there whole way of creating new 1 , creating folders , moving data on or copying default user folder working windows 10 system fix this. 

seeing laptop has gone windows 8 10 on time , don't keep on it, decided yesterday use link in settings allow laptop reinstalled fresh latest version of windows 10. have fresh new windows 10 version , default user folder i've been able add daughter account , sign in fine. remains morning add account family , set things again.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
