Have we been scammed? - Microsoft Community


notice came onto computer while on line saying being hacked , giving telephone number mam solution in garland, tx call help.  called, offered solve hacking after showing our agreed access computer several microsoft 10 programs had been disabled.  agree price, put on credit card , had soneta software services clean computer cc cleaner, scan, , give one-year protection , tech support.  posted tech support number on computer us.  have not paid charge yet , still don't know if have been scammed.  can us?

scam, don't pay if have not. need change passwords, run security software include malwarebytes-free , adwcleaner, notify bank may want change credit card(s), , if me backup data , clean install.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
