odd text attached to control panel shortcut - Microsoft Community


i ran malware scanner , picked 1 odd thing in of scans , hope can enlighten me is. had shortcut control panel on desktop , text within shortcut according scanner

a hexeditor view of shortcut not reveal of extraneous information, neither registry search find chinese characters. clsid valid control panel in search of registry. i'm hoping not virus, i've done clean install considered safe recovery flash drive. have info on this? used frst scan.

there no apparent relevant category within msdn forum issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
