received notice supposedly microsoft application needed verify identity , enter pin number. scam?

go settings, accounts , check if there need verify.  if there there clicking on verify.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
