Start button and task bar overlay installed itself in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


this issue have yet find anywhere else , haven't ever heard of before of week or 2 ago every time restart windows overlay appears on top of start button , task bar along bottom. has different design start button , when left click start button nothing happens when right click small menu  comes , has 3 options 1 being windows explorer , other 2 different things 2 lead users/default.migrated folder when selected. also, have multiple programs on task bar , when overlay on thing on task bar task view button. have reinstalled 10 upgrade , didn't fix it. also, buttons on far right, cortana search bar, , task view button still work when selected.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
