Start Menu From Windows Creators Update - Microsoft Community


i installed windows creators update. i've been personalizing start menu (adding, removing, resizing, moving icons), every , then, freezes reverts original or initial form.
tried restarting pc (both shutdown , restart options) , tried using start menu troubleshooting pack. returns no issues present, i'm still experiencing issue.
why experiencing , me fix issue?

there many possible reasons issue happening. suggest performing system file check (sfc) , dism fix things sfc cannot. follow steps check system files, find cause , automatic repair. here link for reference.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
