Windows 10 Creator update crashes/freeze with alt+tab? - Microsoft Community


ever since upgrading windows 10 creator update, can not alt+tab or windows key+d out of games. system freezes. can't control alt delete either. have manually turn power off in order reboot system. after searching, seems happening lot of people. found fix?!? or waiting on update? surely aware of this.

hi,

one of possible reasons why you're getting concern due compatibility issue. in order isolate concern, we'd ask few questions:

  • is issue happening on other games you're playing? or in xbox games only?
  • are getting error messages whenever used alt + tab keys or windows key + d to exit games? if yes, please send screenshot.
  • have tried updating drivers? if not, may click link , follow steps update drivers.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
