Windows 10 Creators Update washes out random colors in random - Microsoft Community

ever since creator's update , computer has had issues displaying many colors in seemingly random situations. things embedded images in programs discord , steam, seemingly random images in google image searches, , entirety adobe photoshop cc effected. never effects youtube, games, or desktop wallpapers. removing update fixes issue. this not monitor issue, it's problem windows itself.

this screenshot shows problem perfectly. can see color selection box missing of saturation should have. 

computer 2015 msi cx61-2qc using latest nvidia graphics drivers on nvidia 920m graphics card.
