well, replying myself assuming, yes, legal, because there nothing specified in software license terms disallow me use version of windows profit, long follow in "installation , use rights" section of said document.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
