Windows 10 The windows do not pop to the front of other windows - Microsoft Community


hi  everyone.  i did clean install of windows 10 home edition.  but have problem windows' windows. (sorry english) after update windows. windows not pop front of other windows. simple that. clicked on 1 windows behind other , not  it these bring front. every time tried doing that, had minimize front windows access windows behind it. (also when did alt+tab, doesn't work).

i did many things in other forums fix reg. doesn't work. reinstall windows again , doesn't work.

help me please. non productive me , want keep updated windows.

if start window want click windows icon on taskbar.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
