Account Priveleges - Microsoft Community


if try requires admin privileges, box says thus:

user account control

do want allow app make changes pc?

to continue type administrator password, click yes.

however, can't because there no place type password, , yes grayed out.

so means won't  be able make changes anything, add software, etc.

help, please. appears admin account has totally disappeared.

i can't make screen shot, because select snip/screen recorder, screens go dark when user account control screen comes up.

  • did make changes computer before issue started?
  • have tried creating new user account administrator privileges, , see if issue persists?
  • what troubleshooting steps have taken resolve problem?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
