Administrator User profile service failed the sign -in user profile - Microsoft Community

windows 10:

i created administrator account , make older administrator account standard account , restart system. when system restart administrator login appears provided password makes successful login problem appears "user profile service failed sign -in user profile cannot loaded" press ok , sign out (instant screen ~1sec) main window.

now if make login using computer ask admin password when provided not give access windows 10. tried methods unsuccessful, window 10 pathetic unable install software , default require @ least 1 account administrator. trapped using os. need urgent solution need finish research project or else have start reinstalling os not know how it.

i can access system standard login. if trying run administrator , provide incorrect password shows incorrect passowrd when provide correct password gives me error window (x - red) stating bad login.
