Built-in Administrator account and user account is disabled. - Microsoft Community
i dealing terrifying problem says
"account has been disabled. please see system administrator”
here whole story how reached critical situation:
last night laptop went sleep mode. when turned on frozen , not showing me sign in option. did forceful shutdown pressing power button.
next morning when turned laptop on , logged in user account whole new laptop me when bought it.
showed me message: "you logged in temporary profile. issue cannot solved often. need sign out , sign in again." did sign out , sign in couple of times didn’t see change. system settings lost.
1. logged pc safe mode.
2. , enabled built-in administrator account using command prompt.
3. typed "whoami/ user" , copied user accounts sid no.
4. went registry editor. navigated "hklm/software/microsoft/windowsnt/current version/profilelist/"
5. there found sid number of user account. there no ".bak" extension in it. renamed adding ".tmp" @ end since step of article. (here guess messed user account.)
6. exited safe mode , logged in again. there no change. opened command prompt , disabled built-in administrator account too.
7. restarted laptop. , can't see user profile name , can't log in administrator account since disabled it.
i have tried:
1. system image recovery.
2. enter safe mode.
3. enter safe mode , command prompt.
4. resetting pc.
5. going previous build.
6. , advanced options in recovery mode except factory reset since don't want wo lose personal data.
all these above listed problem takes me 1 screen: "you need log in administrator account, there no administrator account on pc."
