Error code 0xc0000034 upon startup on dell Inspiron 11-3168. Windows - Microsoft Community


computer not complete booting, shuts down when exiting error message.  computer has no disc drive.

  • have tried boot pc windows recovery environment?
  • did make hardware changes computer prior issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
