network firewall message keeps popping , wont turn on or off !!!!. fine before crappy creators update how sort not happy @ all!!.

hi,

click start button, type security & maintenance , click on security & maintenance control panel option.  can disable messages firewall there.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
