Not able to pin anything to my taskbar - Microsoft Community


i not able pin taskbar.  can pin desktop, not taskbar.  took new acer aspire e15 local computer shop , tech guy couldn't figure out either.  suggestions?

can give example of item tried pin taskbar?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
