Rasiest way to remove user account - Microsoft Community


bought windows 10 laptop. turned on , prompted me set account. used existing microsoft info use desktop.  don't  the laptop , returning it. easiest way remove account info? evidently cannot while logged in account. should create dummy account?

open settings, update , security, recovery. reset computer , don't save anything.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
