Start Button not working in Admin account Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


i have activated hidden admin account on windows 10 laptop in order try , rectify local user account issue. when login admin account start button not work, neither cortana search facility. apps seem work (i can open edge e.g.) without start button , search facility can't logout either.

the same thing happened when activated guest account.

any ideas

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
